TASHKENT, August 10. /TASS/. Seven citizens of Uzbekistan, according to preliminary data, died in the drone attack on Nizhnekamsk, the press service of the Uzbek Foreign Ministry told TASS.

"According to the latest information, among the dead, seven people were citizens of Uzbekistan," the agency's interlocutor said.

Earlier, the press service of the head of Russia’s Tatarstan Region said the region had been subjected to an enemy drone attack on Monday morning. The strikes targeted both industrial and civilian facilities. A criminal case has been opened on the fact of a terrorist attack committed by armed formations of Ukraine against industrial and civilian facilities of the Republic of Tatarstan (Article 205 of Russia’s Criminal Code). The region announced a period of mourning for the victims.
