BELGOROD, August 6. /TASS/. In the past day, Ukrainian forces launched more than 100 attacks on the Belgorod Region, resulting in injuries to 17 civilians, with 10 hospitalized, according to Acting Governor Alexander Shuvayev’s post on the Max channel.

"Throughout the districts of Belgorod, Borisov, Graivoron, Rakitnoye, and Shebekino, 17 individuals were injured. Ten of them required hospitalization, and they are receiving the necessary medical care. I am confident in our medical teams' ability to handle these situations. We will provide additional assistance if needed," Shuvayev stated.

The Ukrainian attacks included 105 strikes on the region, with 16 involving aircraft, artillery, and multiple launch rocket systems. Additionally, in 14 instances, UAVs dropped explosive devices. The attacks targeted various districts, including Belgorod, Alekseyevka, Belgorodsky, Borisovka, Valuiki, Veydelevka, Volokonovka, Graivoron, Gubkin, Ivnya, Korocha, Krasnogvardeisky, Krasnoyarsk, Rakitnoye, Stary Oskol, Shebekino, and Yakovlevo.

Shuvayev also reported that over the past 24 hours, 219 Ukrainian drones were intercepted or neutralized over the Belgorod Region.
