CARACAS, June 25. /TASS/. A magnitude 7.1 earthquake rocked Venezuela, the European Mediterranean Seismological Center (EMSC) said.

According to the EMSC, the epicenter was located 60 kilometers northwest of the city of Valencia with a population of 1.6 million.

No casualties of damage were immediately reported. A tsunami warning was issued.
