MELITOPOL, May 23. /TASS/. The Ukrainian army has attacked Energodar, the host city of the Zaporozhye Nuclear Power Plant (ZNPP), Zaporozhye Region Governor Yevgeny Balitsky said.

"Kamenka-Dneprovskaya and Energodar came under shelling by the Ukrainian armed forces. There were no reports of casualties; however, civilian infrastructure were damaged," he wrote on Telegram.

Balitsky also warned of the risk of further attacks.
