DUBAI, May 12. /TASS/. A magnitude 4.5 earthquake rocked northern Iran, the European Mediterranean Seismological Center (EMSC) said.

According to the EMSC, the epicenter was located 35 kilometers east of Tehran.

The Tasnim news agency said that earth tremors were felt in Tehran. No casualties or damage have been immediately reported.
