KURSK, March 22. /TASS/. Two civilians were wounded in Ukraine’s attack on the city of Rylsk in Russia’s borderline Kursk Region, the region’s governor, Alexander Khnishtein, said.

"The enemy has attacked the city of Rylsk. Regrettably, a man and a woman were wounded. The man was taken to the regional hospital," he wrote on his Max channel.

According to the governor, a car and an auxiliary structure were damaged.
