MOSCOW, December 24. /TASS/. The Russian Defense Ministry's air defenses have shot down five more Ukrainian drones en route to Moscow, the city’s Mayor Sergey Sobyanin reported on his Telegram channel.

"Five drones that were en route to Moscow have been destroyed. Emergency services are working at the site of the crash," the mayor noted.

According to data published by Sobyanin, a total of 15 drones targeting the Russian capital have been shot down since the beginning of the day on Wednesday.
