BELGOROD, October 25. /TASS/. The Belgorod reservoir dam was damaged in the Ukrainian army’s strike, Belgorod Region Governor Vyacheslav Gladkov said on his Telegram channel.

"As a result of the Ukrainian army’s strike, the Belgorod reservoir dam sustained damage," he said.

The regional authorities have started the evacuation of residents living in flood-risk areas, he said.
