MAKHACHKALA, August 29. /TASS/. A man has opened fire in the Floors shopping center in Makhachkala, a source in the city administration told TASS.

"Shots were fired in the Floors shopping center in Makhachkala. Information about the victims is being clarified. Law enforcement is at the scene. According to preliminary information, the gunfire came from a non-lethal weapon," the source said.
