MOSCOW, August 29. /TASS/. An infrastructure facility has been damaged in the city of Dnepr (formerly Dnepropetrovsk) in southeastern Ukraine, regional administration head Sergey Lysak said.
"An infrastructure facility has been damaged," he wrote on Telegram.
According to the official, a fire also broke out at the site.
