MOSCOW, August 24. /TASS/. An explosion has occurred on the second floor of Central Children's Store in Moscow, a source in the emergency services told TASS.

"An explosion has occurred on the second floor of Central Children's Store. There is smoke. There are casualties," the source said.

The building is being evacuated, smoke is coming from the third floor. Emergency services have arrived at the scene, firefighters are conducting reconnaissance.
