MOSCOW, July 23. /TASS/. Fire at two apartments of a residential building in Moscow has been fully extinguished, but the number of injured has risen to 10, the Moscow department of the Russian emergencies ministry said.
"The fire has been fully extinguished. Regretfully, ten people were injured," the ministry said.
Earlier reports said one person was killed and eight injured.
