LUGANSK, July 3. /TASS/. One person was killed and three others were injured in an explosion in downtown Lugansk, the regional government reported on its Telegram channel.

"An explosion rocked downtown Lugansk. According to preliminary information, one person was killed and three others were injured, one of them in serious condition," the statement said.

It added that law enforcement agencies are working to clarify all the circumstances surrounding the incident.
