NEW YORK, May 4. /TASS/. A 5.3 magnitude earthquake was recorded to hit Texas, the US Geological Survey reported.
According to its data, the epicenter was located 57 km south of the city of Whites City in the state of New Mexico. The earthquake has a depth of 6.3 km.
There were no reports of casualties or damage.
