MURMANSK, March 31. /TASS/. An unknown person opened fire from the building roof in Murmansk, Governor of the Murmansk Region Andrey Chibis said on his Telegram channel.

"Shooting is at 10, Kolsky [Avenue] in Murmansk. According to preliminary data, an unknown person is firing from the building roof. Law enforcement staff is in action. Everyone living or located in the area is requested to be patient and observe the simplest safety measures: switch off lighting, move away from windows and not to risk for the sake of ‘hot’ videos," the governor said.
