BELGOROD, February 16. /TASS/. Three civilians died after Ukraine’s drone attack on passenger car in Russia’s borderline Belgorod Region, the region’s governor, Vyacheslav Gladkov, said.

"Three civilians were killed as a result of another attack by Ukrainian troops. A drone hit a moving passenger car near the village of Grafovka. Three men who were inside the car died," he wrote on his Telegram channel.
