MOSCOW, February 3. /TASS/. The assassination attempt on the head of the Boxing Federation of the Donetsk People's Republic Armen Sarkisyan was ordered and carefully planned, the emergency services told TASS.

"The assassination attempt on Sarkisyan's life was carefully planned. Investigators are currently establishing the customers of the crime," the source said.

On the morning of February 3, an explosion occurred in the Alye Parusa residential complex in northwest Moscow. Employees of the Russian Investigative Committee are working at the scene together with the emergency services.
