NEW DELHI, January 29. /TASS/. At least 15 people have been killed as a result of stampede during Kumbh Mela, a religious festival in the northern Indian city of Prayagraj, Agence France-Presse reported citing an Indian medical source.

The report says many visitors were wounded and hospitalized, some in critical condition.
