Six people injured in Aktau plane crash receiving intensive care

ASTANA, December 26. /TASS/. Six passengers who were injured in yesterday’s Azerbaijan Airlines flight crash, are currently in intensive care at Aktau hospitals, the administration of Kazakhstan’s Mangystau Region said in a statement.
"Now, 20 people are undergoing in-patient treatment, of them six are in intensive care," the statement reads.
The administration highlighted that Russia’s Emergencies Ministry medevaced Russian citizens, injured in the Aktau plane crash, this morning.
The Azerbaijan Airlines (AZAL) Embraer 190, flying from Baku to Grozny, crashed near Aktau, Kazakhstan, on December 25. The plane carried 62 passengers, mainly citizens of Azerbaijan, as well as nationals of Russia, Kazakhstan, and Kyrgyzstan, and five crew members. According to the Kazakhstan’s Health Ministry, 29 people survived.
