PETROPAVLOVSK-KAMCHATSKY, December 23. /TASS/. The three men, rescued after the hard landing of the An-2 plane in the Kamchatka Region, are in satisfactory condition, but it is too soon to speak about their discharge, the hospital staff told TASS.
Earlier, Health Minister of the Kamchatka Region Alexander Gashkov said that one patient was diagnosed with an open cranial injury and a scalp injury, the second patient was diagnosed with thorax contusion, and the third had face bruises.
"All three of them are in satisfactory condition, they can move, they talk. But it is too early to talk about their discharge. All three remain under hospital treatment and receive all necessary medical aid," the regional hospital staff said.
The An-2 plane with two crew members, one passenger and 800 kg of cargo was en route from the settlement of Milkovo to the settlement of Ossora. It took off at 9:45 a.m. (local time) on December 19 and engaged a distress beacon at 1 p.m. On December, the rescuers have discovered the hard landing location and evacuated the three men to a hospital.
