A series of explosions was reported in Kharkov on Saturday morning
MOSCOW, July 20. /TASS/. Railway infrastructure has suffered damage in Ukraine’s eastern Kharkov Region, the Ukrainian Railways company said in a statement.
"A number of trains have been delayed due to damage to infrastructure facilities," the statement reads.
The company said earlier that an overhead line had been damaged just outside the city of Kharkov.
