MOSCOW, April 13. /TASS/. A fire broke out in an apartment on the 22nd floor in a Stalin-era skyscraper in downtown Moscow, the emergency services told TASS.

"An apartment on the 22nd floor in the Stalin-era high-rise building on Kotelnicheskaya Embankment has caught fire. People in the windows are begging for help," the spokesperson said, adding that a flame can be seen.
