Maduro condemns terrorist attack in Moscow region

Venezuelan President Nicolas Maduro strongly condemned the terrorist attack in Crocus City in the Moscow Region and sent a message of solidarity to Russian President Vladimir Putin and the Russian people, according to a statement by the Venezuelan Foreign Ministry, posted on the page of the minister Ivan Gil Pinto on X.
"President [of Venezuela] Nicolas Maduro, on behalf of the Government of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, expresses the firmest condemnation of the atrocious armed attack perpetrated today against innocent civilians at the Crocus City Hall concert Center in the Moscow Region," the Foreign Ministry said in a statement.
A terrorist attack was carried out at the Crocus City Hall music venue in the city of Krasnogorsk near Moscow on Friday evening. Unidentified gunmen armed with assault rifles went on a shooting spree. An explosion rocked the building, starting a fire. The special services are conducting a search operation. Moscow Mayor Sergey Sobyanin canceled all mass events in the capital in the next two days, and a number of other Russian regions followed suit.
