MOSCOW, March 17. /TASS/. The Ukrainian military’s shelling of the Russian city of Belgorod has killed a civilian man and left another 11 people wounded, Governor Vyacheslav Gladkov said.
"The man was at a parking lot when the attack came. He died from wounds before an ambulance team arrived. Eleven people were wounded; eight of them were taken to the hospital," he wrote on Telegram.
The governor added that the three remaining wounded persons had received outpatient care and refused hospitalization.
A total of 36 apartments in 17 residential buildings were damaged in the attack, as well as nine private houses, three business properties and 12 cars.
