MOSCOW, March 16. /TASS/. Russia’s Federal Security Service (FSB) has foiled a terrorist attack on the Trans-Siberian Railway in the Urals plotted by a Ukrainian military intelligence agent, the FSB press office told TASS on Saturday.
"The FSB has detained a Russian citizen born in 1962 who plotted a terror attack at a railway hub of the Trans-Siberian Railroad in the Sverdlovsk Region on an assignment from the Ukrainian Defense Ministry’s Main Intelligence Department," the press office said in a statement.

During investigative measures, investigators "seized communications equipment from the suspect for clandestine contact with his supervisor, a device for derailing trains and money transferred by the Ukrainian intelligence for plotting and committing crimes," it said.
