Governor of Russia’s Ryazan Region reports casualties in drone attack on oil refinery

MOSCOW, March 13. /TASS/. A Ukrainian unmanned aerial vehicle has attacked an oil refinery in central Russia’s Ryazan Region, causing casualties, Governor Pavel Malkov said.
"A drone attack on the Ryazan oil refinery has resulted in a blaze. According to preliminary information, there have been casualties," he wrote on his Telegram channel.
Two people have been hospitalized in a condition of moderate severity, an emergency hospital worker told TASS.
Emergency services are working at the scene. The local Unified Duty Dispatch Service (EDDS) confirmed fire reports at the oil refinery.
