DONETSK, January 6. /TASS/. The armed forces of Ukraine carried out 48 shelling attacks on the territory of the Donetsk People’s Republic (DPR) over the past day, the DPR mission to the Joint Center for Control and Coordination of issues related to Ukrainian war crimes reported.

"Over the past 24 hours, the mission reported 48 shelling attacks 9by Ukrainian armed groups - TASS)," the mission said in a statement.

The mission noted that during the shelling, 12 residential buildings were damaged in Donetsk and Gorlovka, as well as two civilian infrastructure facilities. The Ukrainian armed forces fired 165 munitions of various types.
