DONETSK, December 30. /TASS/. Ukrainian troops shelled areas of the Donetsk People's Republic eighty-one times over the day, the DPR mission at the Joint Center for Control and Coordination said.

"Over the past day, the mission registered 81 facts of fire opening by Ukrainian armed units. Information about killing a civilian - a man in the Nikitovsky District of Gorlovka was received. A man was also injured in the Nikitovsky District of Gorlovka," the mission reported. A total of 290 units of various munitions were fired.

As a result of the shelling, fifteen residential buildings and five civilian infrastructural facilities were damaged in a district in Donetsk and in two districts of Gorlovka.
