MOSCOW, December 7. /TASS/. Investigators have charged three former police operatives in Moscow and a former engineer of the Moscow office of the Russian Interior Ministry with abuse of power, after they were arrested as part of an investigation into the unauthorized access to the ministry data base, a law enforcement representative told TASS.

The defendants pleaded guilty, wrote confessions and are cooperating with the investigation, the person said.
