One person suffers wounds as drone crashes into apartment building in Russia’s Tula
One of the building’s residents was treated for incised wounds
MOSCOW, November 26. /TASS/. One person suffered minor wounds after a downed drone crashed into an apartment building in the Russian city of Tula, the regional government said in a statement on Telegram.
"An attack involving two unmanned aerial vehicles was foiled over the Tula region in the early hours of November 26. The Russian Defense Ministry’s air defenses downed both drones. One of them went out of control and crashed into an apartment building," the statement quoted regional Governor Alexey Dyumin as saying.
According to the statement, one of the building’s residents was treated for incised wounds.
Dyumin added that the windows of three apartments had been shattered.
The Russian Defense Ministry said earlier that air defenses had destroyed 11 unmanned aerial vehicles over the Moscow, Tula, Kaluga and Bryansk regions. Later, the ministry reported that another nine drones had been shot down over the same four regions.
