BEIJING, November 7. /TASS/. A magnitude 5.3 earthquake was registered in China, according to the European Mediterranean Seismological Centre (EMSC).

The epicenter was located 190 kilometers northeast of the city of Kashgar with a population of around 506,000.

No casualties or damage were reported.
