TASS, October 29. The air defense system has successfully worked in Russia’s Rostov Region, there are no consequences on the ground, Governor Vasily Golubev said.

"At 11:25 [Moscow time], the air defense system worked successfully. The air target was hit. There are no consequences on the ground. Please remain calm," he wrote on his Telegram channel.
