KIEV, October 5. /TASS/. An air raid alert was announced in the early hours of Thursday in five regions across Ukraine, according to the country’s official air raid alert portal.

The air raid sirens went off in the Dnepropetrovsk, Kirovograd, Poltava, Sumy and Kharkov regions.

The air raid alert was later cancelled.
