MOSCOW, September 13. /TASS/. Explosions were heard in the northeastern Ukrainian city of Sumy in the early hours of Wednesday, the country’s Obshchestvennoye media outlet reported.

According to the country’s official air raid alert portal, a warning has been issued for the Sumy Region.
