MOSCOW, July 6. /TASS/. A magnitude 5.7 earthquake rocked Chile on Sunday, according to the European Mediterranean Seismological Centre (EMSC).

The epicenter was located 39 kilometers northeast of the capital city of Santiago with a population of around 4.8 million.

No casualties or damage were reported.
