GENICHESK, April 8. /TASS/. Russian Armed Forces eliminated five automobiles and a 120-mm mortar on the right bank of the Dnieper in the Kherson Region, an emergency services representative told reporters Saturday.

"An artillery strike was carried out at a Ukrainian armed forces deployment area near Tokarevka during the night; as a result, the enemy lost five automobiles, 14 servicemen were killed and 8 sustained various injuries. Yesterday, artillery fire near Lvovo eliminated a 120-mm mortar, together with the crew and the ammunition; Ukrainian forces lost 5 servicemen, while 3 sustained various injuries," the representative said.

On Friday, emergency services reported that Russian forces eliminated Ukrainian 2S3 Akatsiya and 2S1 Gvozdika howitzers in the Kherson Region.
