LUGANSK, December 18. /TASS/. The Ukrainian armed forces fired four shells at Alchevsk in the Lugansk People's Republic using US-made HIMARS multiple rocket launchers. The Lugansk People's Republic mission to the Joint Ceasefire Control and Coordination Center reported on Sunday.

According to the representative office, the shelling occurred at 03:24 Moscow time.
