According to the Ministry of Emergency Situations in the region, as a result of the incident there are victims

MOSCOW, December 5. /TASS/. Natural gas exploded in an apartment building in the central Russian city of Yaroslavl, causing the roof to collapse and inflicting casualties, the regional emergencies officials said on Monday.

Residents are now being evacuated from the building, the regional office of the Emergency Situation Ministry said in a statement.
