SEOUL, October 30. /TASS/. At least 19 foreign nationals have been killed in a stampede in the Itaewon district in downtown Seoul during Halloween celebrations, the Yonhap news agency reported on Sunday citing South Korean authorities.

Earlier, two fatalities among foreign citizens were reported.
