TASS, October 25. Five civilians, including the employees of the ZaMedia holding, were wounded as a result of a car explosion in Melitopol, Alexander Malkevich, First Deputy Chairman of the Civic Chamber’s Commission for the Development of the Information Society, Mass Media and Mass Communications and head of the Department of Journalism and Media Communications of Kherson State University, reported.
"Five people were wounded, [specifically] ZaMedia employees and other civilians. There are no servicemen here," he wrote on his Telegram channel.
Malkevich stressed that the media holding’s property suffered significant damage. "They [the Ukrainian armed forces] hit the ‘ZaRadio’ studio where we had our broadcast this Sunday, on the day of Melitopol’s liberation from the German Nazi invaders," he added.
