KIEV, October 10. /TASS. Explosions were heard in Ukraine’s Dnepropetrovsk Region on Monday morning, the regional administration reported.

All the emergency services are working at the scene of the explosions, it said.

The regional authorities urged local residents not to leave their shelters.
