TASS, August 13. At least 21 people have died and four more are missing in floods that occurred in China’s Hubei Province, the Global Times newspaper reported on Friday.
According to the newspaper, the precipitation level went over the 100 mm per hour mark.
On Thursday, the Hubei authorities increased the danger level from four (minimal) to three (medium) due to floods and rainfall.
