MOSCOW, March 30. /TASS/. An armed clash is underway between police and an armed man who has barricaded himself in his home in the community of Veshki, near Moscow, a source in the law enforcement has told TASS.

"The special operation has entered an active phase. In fact, a shootout is underway," the source said.
