Russian citizen arrested in Moscow over suspicion of treason, says source
The Court press service confirmed arrest of Voronin Demuri Ilyich until April 13, he faces up to 20 years in prison and a fine of up to 500,000 rubles
MOSCOW, February 19. /TASS/. Russian intelligence services apprehended a Russian citizen over suspicion of treason, a source in the law enforcement told TASS, adding that a Moscow court has arrested the suspect.
"The Federal Security Service officers apprehended Russian national Voronin D.I., over suspicion of treason. He was interrogated, and later Moscow Lefortovo Court put him in detention," the source said, without providing further details.

According to the information from open sources, Voronin is a businessman in consulting industry, and a member of the German Society for Eastern European Studies.
