MOSCOW, January 23. /TASS/. The police detained several dozen participants in unauthorized protests in Novosibirsk, Krasnoyarsk, and Omsk, TASS reports from the scene. There is no official information on the detainees yet.

Several people were detained in Krasnoyarsk after fireworks were thrown from the crowd towards the city hall. Some participants throw snowballs at the police. Investigators in the Novosibirsk region earlier opened a criminal case over incitement to riot. The 20-year-old resident of the regional center has been detained. In Omsk, the police detained several people. The column headed along the central streets to the regional government building.
