BERLIN, February 24. /TASS/. A car has crashed into a carnival parade in the German town of Volkmarsen (the state of Hesse), ARD TV channel reported on Monday.
Over 30 people, including children, have been injured as a car crashed into a carnival parade in the German town of Volkmarsen (the state of Hesse) on Monday, the Bild newspaper reported.
The driver of the car has been taken into custody, police said.
Volkmarsen with population of about 6,800 people is located near the city of Kassel. Traditional carnival parades are held in Volkmarsen on Mondays as in other German towns.
