MOSCOW, October 18. /TASS/. The death toll from a blast that hit a mosque in Afghanistan’s Nangarhar province during Friday’s prayer service has risen to 62, the TOLOnews TV channel reported.

According to a spokesperson for the Nangarhar governor, about 60 people suffered wounds in the explosion.

None of the extremist groups active in the region has so far claimed responsibility for the blast.
