MOSCOW, October 18. /TASS/. /TASS/. An earthquake of 5.7 magnitude has rocked the US state of Alaska on Friday, US Geological Survey reported.

The earthquake's epicenter lay in 475 km to the north-west of Fairbanks (population around 32,000 people) at the depth of 34 km.

No injuries or damages were reported.
