Out of the 40 people who were in the cafe
TASS, January 26. At least 22 people were injured in an explosion that ripped through a cafe in the Russian Saratov region, the regional department of the Russian Emergencies Ministry told TASS on Saturday.
"Out of the 40 people who were in the cafe, 22 were injured. Among them are two minors aged four and six years. Fourteen have been hospitalized, while the rest 18 people do not need medical assistance," the spokesperson said.
