MOSCOW, December 4. /TASS/. One person was killed and three others were injured when an explosion hit a residential house in the Moscow Region on Tuesday, a local law enforcement source said.

"In one of apartments in the residential house in the Kurovskoye village a clap occurred, and one person was killed and three others were wounded," the source said.
